Enzo Morais was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. ZEZOM TEAM's Enzo Morais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zigmantas Gimbutas in the 8th minute of play. Laçın Cumayev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Ederono, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 13 minutes ZEZOM TEAM's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Benjamin de Lara who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Pipis Dilberis heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. When ZEZOM TEAM's Nestor Ederono in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a defensive mix-up in SC Braga's zone, Nestor Ederono stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laçın Cumayev came out of the goal and Nestor Ederono tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Laçın Cumayev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Ederono in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute Zigmantas Gimbutas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Morais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Braga's goalkeeper Laçın Cumayev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Laçın Cumayev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Ederono, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enzo Morais was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Zigmantas Gimbutas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zigmantas Gimbutas really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. SC Braga's Amado Parente quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gernando Costa, made in the 43rd minute of the game. 47 minutes into the match, ZEZOM TEAM's goal looked a bit too open when Zigmantas Gimbutas came free, but Enzo Morais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joaquim Teves stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Joaquim Teves might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Laçın Cumayev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joaquim Teves ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joaquim Teves got free with Laçın Cumayev in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Joaquim Teves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes into the match, Zigmantas Gimbutas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enzo Morais. ZEZOM TEAM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zigmantas Gimbutas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. SC Braga made a substitution. Yang Sang Yang replaced Valdomiro Lira. The audience thought a goal was coming when Avram Râznicu got free with Laçın Cumayev in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Laçın Cumayev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Avram Râznicu in the 66th minute. Avram Râznicu took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Laçın Cumayev. Laçın Cumayev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. SC Braga made a substitution. Stig-Åke Mattsson replaced Zigmantas Gimbutas. If Nestor Ederono had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Braga's Laçın Cumayev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save SC Braga from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Åke Mattsson in the 81st minute of play forced ZEZOM TEAM's goalkeeper Enzo Morais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute, Benjamin de Lara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
