Lidice's Vitinho Gaspar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernst Giöck in the 7th minute of play. In the 10th minute of the match, Golo Duarte got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vitinho Gaspar was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Vitinho Gaspar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ernst Giöck went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zé Carlos Moreno during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Lidice getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Zé Carlos Moreno hit a great ball. Aquiles Duarte took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vitinho Gaspar. Lidice's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Vitinho Gaspar stood somewhat misplaced when Golo Duarte came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 24 minute. Duarte Duarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johnny Van Hoeyvelt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Lidice's Alex Volponi got a free kick in the 29th minute. Vitinho Gaspar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Golo Duarte in the 34th minute of play. Duarte Duarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Carlos Moreno in the 35th minute of the match. Lidice were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zé Carlos Moreno took the corner. Zé Carlos Moreno made a great header on Lidice's corner, it was just that CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Duarte Duarte managed to reach the ball for a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernst Giöck in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vitinho Gaspar saved Lidice from getting behind. After 41 played minutes CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Podwojski. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Duarte Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnny Van Hoeyvelt in the 44th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Golo Duarte to strike the kick off in the second half. Vitinho Gaspar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Golo Duarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. With a little luck, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Duarte Duarte got control of the ball when Johnny Van Hoeyvelt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vitinho Gaspar came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Golo Duarte. But to his dismay, Golo Duarte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. 62 minutes into the match, Lidice's goal looked a bit too open when Ernst Giöck came free, but Vitinho Gaspar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Zé Carlos Moreno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vitinho Gaspar came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Golo Duarte. But to his dismay, Golo Duarte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Daniel Podwojski got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Golo Duarte in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vitinho Gaspar saved Lidice from getting behind. Duarte Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Carlos Moreno in the 69th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Golo Duarte in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vitinho Gaspar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 73rd minute Ernst Giöck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitinho Gaspar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lidice's goalkeeper Vitinho Gaspar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Duarte Duarte got control of the ball when Johnny Van Hoeyvelt tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Kvarnström in the 77th minute of play forced CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's goalkeeper Duarte Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Golo Duarte looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Filinto Ferro was substituted for Paulo Duarte. Johnny Van Hoeyvelt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Duarte Duarte made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Golo Duarte in the 89th minute of play forced Lidice's goalkeeper Vitinho Gaspar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute Daniel Kvarnström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duarte Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
