Felice Cavallaro hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Josué Pagueguy took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gianluigi Orange. Coice de Mula's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gianluigi Orange showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roch Felenak, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Gao Yang Yan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isaltino Pirani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Cristo Ospin in the 19th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by La Pointe Courte's Halit Fahri Falcıoğlu. In the 28th minute Faiz Peng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gao Yang Yan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Medárd Horváth's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gao Yang Yan was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Gianluigi Orange was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half La Pointe Courte were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isaltino Pirani to make the kick off. Gianluigi Orange was a little too slow when Roch Felenak got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 1-4. Coice de Mula's Gianluigi Orange proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Coice de Mula from getting a goal against them. Gao Yang Yan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaltino Pirani, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The Coice de Mula supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching La Pointe Courte's performance. The match ended with a win for La Pointe Courte.
