Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) La Pointe Courte's Dan Black managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Burt Cawthorne in the 5 minute of the game. 9 minutes into the match, La Pointe Courte's goal looked a bit too open when Wiliam Queiroz came free, but Gao Yang Yan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gao Yang Yan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wiliam Queiroz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute, Wiliam Queiroz made a precise shot to the right of Gao Yang Yan. La Pointe Courte's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Burt Cawthorne made in the 16th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Du Yuan Chao. Roch Felenaks short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Jason Statham to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Burt Cawthorne made in the 21st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Du Yuan Chao immediately put the ball in play. Gao Yang Yan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Macit Sağıt's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 26th minute, Du Yuan Chao left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Suprs Academia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The throw-in from Burt Cawthorne in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by La Pointe Courte's Ivan Lidström. Jason Statham made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Roch Felenak sent off a good shot on target. If Gianluca Prestin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Suprs Academia were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roch Felenak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gao Yang Yan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Macit Sağıt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Wiliam Queiroz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gao Yang Yan. That made the score 0-3 in the 60 minute of play. La Pointe Courte made a substitution. Yves Leite replaced Roch Felenak. 71 minutes into the match, Suprs Academia's goal looked a bit too open when Yves Leite came free, but Jason Statham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 78 minutes, Wiliam Queiroz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Suprs Academia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wiliam Queiroz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute, Burt Cawthorne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gao Yang Yan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wiliam Queiroz in the 85th minute of the match. In the 86th minute Yves Leite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jason Statham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The La Pointe Courte fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Suprs Academia were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
