The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dale Gracey came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Navalito's Isidoro Young. But to his dismay, Isidoro Young quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Disco Inferno FC's Aaron Mcmurchie got a free kick in the 6th minute. Soriano Espiñeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rick Quinane in the 11th minute of the match. Navalito's Soriano Espiñeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rick Quinane in the 14th minute of play. Isidoro Young blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dale Gracey having to make a save. With an all-out effort, Navalito's Dale Gracey threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Isidoro Young, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Dale Gracey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Young in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Disco Inferno FC's goalkeeper Dale Gracey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidoro Young. Soriano Espiñeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ike Pears in the 27th minute of play. Isidoro Young blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dale Gracey having to make a save. Dale Gracey made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Isidoro Young sent off a good shot on target. In the 34th minute, Daley Virgin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isidoro Young blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dale Gracey having to make a save. Isidoro Young could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Dale Gracey made a huge save. Dale Gracey made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Isidoro Young sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isidoro Young got free with Dale Gracey in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dale Gracey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Young, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Soriano Espiñeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rick Quinane in the 41st minute of play. Disco Inferno FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Isidoro Young 42 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Soriano Espiñeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Greger Lundkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by Navalito's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Stan Mackney was slow to take the kick. During this time Disco Inferno FC's players had a chance to rest. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Soriano Espiñeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Greger Lundkvist in the 52nd minute of play. Dale Gracey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Young in the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute Ike Pears shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Soriano Espiñeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Soriano Espiñeira made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Ike Pears sent off a good shot on target. In the 62nd minute, Isidoro Young left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Navalito fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 72nd match minute, Disco Inferno FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remy Neich to maneuver through the defense. Navalito made a substitution. Paulo Pinhal replaced Carlos Gustavo Caicedo. The supporters of Navalito booed when Disco Inferno FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remy Neich didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enric Mira in the 74th minute of play forced Disco Inferno FC's goalkeeper Dale Gracey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Navalito's Soriano Espiñeira got control of the ball when Ike Pears tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Remy Neich fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Disco Inferno FC's protests and gave Remy Neich a yellow card for diving instead. Remy Neich kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Dale Gracey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Parra in the 79th minute of play. Soriano Espiñeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aaron Mcmurchie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Navalito's Nicanor Parra in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Disco Inferno FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Pinhal in the 94th minute of play forced Disco Inferno FC's goalkeeper Dale Gracey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute of the match Navalito got a corner. Disco Inferno FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Enric Mira ran over to the corner to take the kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the Disco Inferno FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Navalito.
