In the 5th minute Steff Egestrand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theo Groom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 6 played minutes East Ham United got a freekick which was hit by Mike Callery. After having played for 14 minutes, Steff Egestrand managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skudstrup FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Steff Egestrand was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to East Ham United getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Ollie Halford hit a great ball. Lasse Lerholt kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. With his leg Per Næsselund managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when East Ham United's Harry Robson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Steff Egestrand in the 26th minute of play forced East Ham United's goalkeeper Theo Groom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Albinus Rolang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. East Ham United's Theo Groom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lasse Lerholt in the 38th minute of play. Skudstrup FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sonny Vaarst in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute, Lasse Lerholt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skudstrup FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Anker Kjærvang kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Skudstrup FC's goalkeeper Per Næsselund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harry Robson.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Harry Robson was the one to do the kick off. When Steff Egestrand came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Skudstrup FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Steff Egestrand couldn't finish the play. 54 minutes into the match, East Ham United's goal looked a bit too open when Lasse Lerholt came free, but Theo Groom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Skudstrup FC's Lasse Lerholt got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in East Ham United's zone, Lasse Lerholt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Theo Groom came out of the goal and Lasse Lerholt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 63 minutes into the match, Lasse Lerholt notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of East Ham United's Theo Groom. Theo Groom was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A sloppy throw-in by Les Simpson in the 69th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Skudstrup FC's Herluf Reinke. 0-4 became the score in the 71st minute when Steff Egestrand elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Theo Groom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lasse Lerholt, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Theo Groom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steff Egestrand in the 79th minute of play. Les Simpson kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Theo Groom was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Sonny Vaarst. The crowd rose to their feet as Albinus Rolang kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Theo Groom. That made the score 0-5 in the 86 minute of play. Theo Groom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steff Egestrand in the 90th minute of the match. Quentin Bell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
