Lisandro Ospin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferreirinha Heidemann in the 14th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Guinness Athletic defense, Ferreirinha Heidemann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lisandro Ospin. The Guinness Athletic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lisandro Ospin should have stopped the shot. 22 minutes into the match, Guinness Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Jago Oper came free, but Lisandro Ospin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Quinn Coyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jago Oper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 29 minutes into the match, Guinness Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Ferreirinha Heidemann came free, but Lisandro Ospin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jago Oper in the 30th minute of play forced Guinness Athletic's goalkeeper Lisandro Ospin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quinn Coyle in the 31st minute of play forced FK Green United's goalkeeper Ralph Rosenfelder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lisandro Ospin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommi Grefen, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Ralph Rosenfelder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Louis McWill, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Webel was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 41 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in FK Green United fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 41st minute. Penalty! FK Green United:s Ralph Rosenfelder showed great skill when he stopped Briain McJon:s penalty. Ryan McNamee charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ryan McNamee the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Guinness Athletic's Ryan McNamee got a free kick in the 46th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Quinn Coyle made a kick off. If Tommi Grefen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Desmond McOliver made in the 54th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Doney McDonald. 56 minutes into the match, FK Green United's Jago Oper sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lisandro Ospin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Louis McWill in the 64th minute of play forced FK Green United's goalkeeper Ralph Rosenfelder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of FK Green United booed when Guinness Athletic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Desmond McOliver didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ralph Rosenfelder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Louis McWill in the 67th minute of the match. Ralph Rosenfelder came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Guinness Athletic's Louis McWill. But to his dismay, Louis McWill quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Henry Cronin made in the 71st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Quinn Coyle immediately put the ball in play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Quinn Coyle in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ralph Rosenfelder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Guinness Athletic booed when FK Green United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedikt Dörfler didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ryan McNamee had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80thth minute of the game Justinas Baldauskas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guinness Athletic's Lisandro Ospin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lisandro Ospin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jago Oper in the 85th minute of play. FK Green United's Jago Oper shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 89th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Lisandro Ospin but with some difficulty. In the 93rd minute Quinn Coyle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ralph Rosenfelder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FK Green United played a much better game than Guinness Athletic and deserved their victory. The Guinness Athletic players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
