Polom's Adam Podowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Polom from getting a goal against them. In the 6th minute, Doney McDonald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Polom's Adam Podowski got control of the ball when Quinn Coyle tried to sneak it across the goal line. Louis McWill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Adam Podowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Quinn Coyle took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Adam Podowski to make any attempt to save it. In the 21st minute, Guinness Athletic's Louis McWill dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Ryan McNamee took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Adam Podowski to make any attempt to save it. If Louis McWill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Borys Badanowski in the 31st minute of play forced Guinness Athletic's goalkeeper Lisandro Ospin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 32 played minutes Guinness Athletic got a freekick which was hit by Doney McDonald. 33 minutes into the match, Polom's Olgierd Bojanowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lisandro Ospin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A hard shot 36 in the game by Quinn Coyle from a close distance when the talented Adam Podowski managed to make a qualified save. Polom's players were relieved. After 39 minutes, Quinn Coyle made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Polom's Adam Podowski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Polom's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Louis McWill scored to the left of an out of position Adam Podowski, making the score, 6-0. Quinn Coyle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Adam Podowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Borys Badanowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Briain McJon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Podowski having to interfere. In the 53rd minute, Kyle Harkin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adam Podowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Radowit Grucza kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 59 played minutes Polom got a freekick which was hit by Wit Matuch. In the 61st minute of the match Briain McJon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adam Podowski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Quinn Coyle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Podowski having to interfere. 71 minutes into the game, Guinness Athletic's Quinn Coyle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adam Podowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. After 75 minutes, Desmond McOliver mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guinness Athletic and the Polom players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 76 played minutes Guinness Athletic got a freekick which was hit by Desmond McOliver. After 84th play minutes Louis McWill shot 11-0, a short shot which went by Adam Podowski and just under the crossbar into goal. When Louis McWill came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Guinness Athletic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Louis McWill couldn't finish the play. When Guinness Athletic's Quinn Coyle in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Polom's goalie prevented a goal. If Quinn Coyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Radowit Grucza kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 95th minute Quinn Coyle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Podowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guinness Athletic's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
