Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jens Harsted took the kick off in the first half of the match. The Åkirkeby FC fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when Åkirkeby FC's Jens Harsted looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alex Froholdt struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Fedele Scutti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Åkirkeby FC. In the 18th minute, Andre Pollard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jess Mørkner was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jeff Lennon during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Atletico Roma's Jeff Lennon got a free kick in the 23rd minute. During the 25th minute of the match Jeff Lennon completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jeff Lennon a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 26 played minutes Atletico Roma got a freekick which was hit by Jeff Lennon. In the 28th minute, Sol Saville hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leon Hudson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jess Mørkner having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Jens Harsted notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Atletico Roma's Fedele Scutti. Fedele Scutti was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ture Wiid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fedele Scutti having to interfere. The supporters of Åkirkeby FC booed when Atletico Roma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jo Zamora didn't get a good kick on the ball. Halvor Ejsved recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the game, Atletico Roma's Andre Pollard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jess Mørkner made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2.

Fedele Scutti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens Harsted, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Sol Saville's late challenge caught a Åkirkeby FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sol Saville helped the player get up and apologised. After 67 played minutes Atletico Roma got a freekick which was hit by Sol Saville. Fedele Scutti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens Harsted, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andre Pollard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Jess Mørkner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute Andre Pollard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jess Mørkner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Will Hotte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Jess Mørkner made a huge save.
