Oliver McIlvride came free with the goalkeeper in the 72nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jack Graves could save by the left post. Dave Bowler took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Brandon Borthwick. Brandon Borthwick dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Henry McQuarrie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jack Graves having to interfere. A collision led to Dundee Rovers getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Michael Balfour hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the match, Tasmania Berlin's goalkeeper Jack Graves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oliver McIlvride. Brandon Borthwick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Partridge, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Oliver McIntyre kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Robert Partridge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brandon Borthwick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brandon Borthwick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danny Nethercott in the 93rd minute of play. After having played for 94 minutes, Robert Partridge managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tasmania Berlin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Partridge was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Brandon Borthwick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danny Nethercott in the 96th minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
