Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gervasio Bernat got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute Gervasio Bernat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Urtsin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enrique Urtsin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gervasio Bernat in the 6th minute of play. Cayetano Bilbo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Madeo in the 8th minute of the match. A collision led to Tracto getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Edgardo Turi hit a great ball. Enrique Urtsin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mamadou Saabøll, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute Mamadou Saabøll shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Urtsin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute Fidel Pietro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cayetano Bilbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd match minute, Vélez Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidel Pietro to maneuver through the defense. Enrique Urtsin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mamadou Saabøll in the 24th minute of play. After 29 minutes of play, Tracto's Gervasio Bernat made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Enrique Urtsin was left in no man's land by his defense there! 33 minutes into the match, Fidel Pietro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cayetano Bilbo, 1-1. Enrique Urtsin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gervasio Bernat in the 37th minute of the match. Gervasio Bernat struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Enrique Urtsin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tracto. 39 minutes into the game, Damaso Playo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vélez Juniors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tracto the free kick. In the 39th minute, Damaso Playo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Florentino Gaspard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rogelio Madeo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Enrique Urtsin didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 55th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. The supporters of Vélez Juniors booed when Tracto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gervasio Bernat didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute, Damaso Playo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 66th minute, Mamadou Saabøll hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Tracto's Mamadou Saabøll got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 76th minute, Mamadou Saabøll left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tracto fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tracto fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 79th minute. Penalty! In the 80th minute there was a penalty for Vélez Juniors. Fidel Pietro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cayetano Bilbo. 2-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Uriel Restu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tracto's supporters rose to their feet, but Uriel Restu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Urtsin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
