When Amadeo Martxel came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the los nadies fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amadeo Martxel couldn't finish the play. Carlisle United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Osman Nuri Enver scored to the left of an out of position Mehmet Hakkı Oğuzkan, making the score, 0-14. When the match was over los nadies could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Carlisle United throughout the match.
