In the 3rd minute Osman Nuri Enver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Navarro Montoya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 5 played minutes los nadies got a freekick which was hit by Felix Remicio. The referee felt a red card was in order, 9 minutes into the game, when Felix Remicio put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 8th minute of the game. One of los nadies:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of GuateFortín:s goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Milton Umaña got free with Anselmo Lucila in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, los nadies's Amadeo Martxel got a free kick in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's Abraham Santamaria sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anselmo Lucila narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 17th minute, Jorge Bonilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Navarro Montoya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siro Olivar in the 20th minute of play. After 28 played minutes los nadies got a freekick which was hit by Cenan Ergüven. In the 30th minute, Douglas Ayala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute los nadies were awarded a corner. Ola Bukaka went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to los nadies getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Amadeo Martxel hit a great ball. After 36 played minutes, GuateFortín's Victor Valenzuela shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anselmo Lucila came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GuateFortín reached it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simon Koldobika in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Navarro Montoya prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 40thth minute of the game Simon Koldobika who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GuateFortín's Carlos Navarro Montoya was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carlos Navarro Montoya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Siro Olivar in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Orlando Morales hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th match minute, GuateFortín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Bonilla to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Navarro Montoya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ola Bukaka, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After some careless play in the los nadies defense, Patricio Alvarado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anselmo Lucila. The los nadies fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anselmo Lucila should have stopped the shot. Anselmo Lucila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Alvarado in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 65th minute Simon Koldobika shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Navarro Montoya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cenan Ergüven struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Carlos Navarro Montoya didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for los nadies. GuateFortín made a substitution. Ferenc Sárközi replaced Patricio Alvarado. los nadies's Ola Bukaka couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for GuateFortín. In the 77th minute Osman Nuri Enver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Navarro Montoya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Douglas Ayala hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Koldobika in the 83rd minute of play forced GuateFortín's goalkeeper Carlos Navarro Montoya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, Mateo Terciero made a precise shot to the right of Anselmo Lucila. los nadies's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The supporters of los nadies booed when GuateFortín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Morales didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mateo Terciero's late challenge caught a los nadies's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 93rd minute, Mateo Terciero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
