In the 7th match minute, Kingpins was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Estavan to maneuver through the defense. Edgar Smuskiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Sjö in the 9th minute of play. A hard shot 11 in the game by Harry Sjö from a close distance when the talented Edgar Smuskiewicz managed to make a qualified save. Hahay's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marek Kaider in the 15th minute of play forced Kingpins's goalkeeper Bixente Poli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Harry Sjö's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgar Smuskiewicz was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. In the 35th minute Sylwester Golaszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bixente Poli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Hahay's goal looked a bit too open when Josep Casanova came free, but Edgar Smuskiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Victorino Euloxu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Kingpins getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Pål Hammarström hit a great ball. Sylwester Golaszewski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bixente Poli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marek Kaider, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Radoslaw Zakrzewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Bixente Poli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sylwester Golaszewski to make the kick off. Sebastian Banaszak kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 55th match minute, Hahay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaudencio Cresconio to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Euloxu in the 64th minute of play forced Hahay's goalkeeper Edgar Smuskiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marek Kaider in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Kingpins's Torbjörn Hake was substituted for Victorino Euloxu. Bixente Poli made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Radoslaw Zakrzewski sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josep Casanova in the 81st minute of play forced Hahay's goalkeeper Edgar Smuskiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Hahay's goal looked a bit too open when Yan Guo Qiang came free, but Edgar Smuskiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute Yan Guo Qiang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Smuskiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yan Guo Qiang in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgar Smuskiewicz saved Hahay from getting behind. Ulf Kling kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Radoslaw Zakrzewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgar Smuskiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yan Guo Qiang in the 94th minute of the match. Edgar Smuskiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yan Guo Qiang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kingpins fans cheered their team off the field, for while Hahay had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
