In the 40th minute, Carlisle United's 洪振义 ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Miroslaw Skorny. Miroslaw Skorny yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. In the 45th minute, 洪振义 reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Miroslaw Skorny. The goal made the score 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 洪振义 to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 洪振义 in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miroslaw Skorny prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 55th minute Carlinhos Vidal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miroslaw Skorny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teobald Dobrzechowski kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Mattis Magic Team's Miroslaw Skorny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlinhos Vidal in the 76th minute of play. Franciszek Fabiszak hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, Duncan Draper hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 85 minutes of play, Carlisle United's 洪振义 made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Miroslaw Skorny was left in no man's land by his defense there! 90 minutes into the game, Vilhelm Sellberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Miroslaw Skorny was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If 洪振义 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Carlisle United fully deserved thier win.
