The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mihnea Suşu came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by los nadies's Amadeo Martxel. But to his dismay, Amadeo Martxel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osman Nuri Enver in the 7th minute of play forced FC Dacii Liberi - IASI's goalkeeper Mihnea Suşu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benedicto Abello struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Anselmo Lucila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Dacii Liberi - IASI. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dorel Tomoioagă got free with Anselmo Lucila in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 20th minute Cenan Ergüven shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihnea Suşu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mihnea Suşu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cenan Ergüven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mihnea Suşu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Koldobika in the 25th minute of the match. Dorel Tomoioagă charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dorel Tomoioagă the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Dacii Liberi - IASI getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Dorel Tomoioagă hit a great ball. With his leg Anselmo Lucila managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when FC Dacii Liberi - IASI's Felipe van Basten fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 29th play minutes Simon Koldobika shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Mihnea Suşu and just under the crossbar into goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Simon Koldobika in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mihnea Suşu saved FC Dacii Liberi - IASI from getting behind. Rodolfo Pinheiro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Anselmo Lucila when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 36th match minute, los nadies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osman Nuri Enver to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the game, los nadies's Osman Nuri Enver nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mihnea Suşu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 45 minutes into the match, los nadies's goalkeeper Anselmo Lucila had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benedicto Abello. When Siro Olivar fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored los nadies's protests and gave Siro Olivar a yellow card for diving instead. Siro Olivar kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaizko Abaurre to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Pinheiro in the 52nd minute of play forced los nadies's goalkeeper Anselmo Lucila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mihnea Suşu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Martxel in the 54th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Felipe van Basten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anselmo Lucila was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. los nadies's Anselmo Lucila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Pinheiro in the 60th minute of play. Benedicto Abello kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After 62 minutes of play, los nadies's Amadeo Martxel made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mihnea Suşu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mihnea Suşu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siro Olivar in the 68th minute of play. Simon Koldobika fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihnea Suşu having to interfere. FC Dacii Liberi - IASI's Mihnea Suşu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Martxel in the 72nd minute of play. Siro Olivar was shown his second yellow card after 76 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to los nadies getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Siro Olivar hit a great ball. Mihnea Suşu was a little too slow when Simon Koldobika got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 1-5.
