Sosnowiec's Kacper Tobiáš played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimír Voráček in the 4th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, Froghino's goal looked a bit too open when Miromir Prusek came free, but Klaus Gryc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Klaus Gryc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miromir Prusek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute of the match F.C. Sosnowiec got a corner. Froghino's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leonard Lewkowicz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Edmund Fleischer was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After a rather tough play, F.C. Sosnowiec's Edmund Fleischer got a free kick in the 24th minute. Ota Hvězda kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Klaus Gryc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miromir Prusek, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Stasio Hetman charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stasio Hetman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Stasio Hetman kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Kacper Tobiáš showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Ries, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. A collision led to F.C. Sosnowiec getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Leonard Lewkowicz hit a great ball. In the 37th minute, Ota Hvězda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Miromir Prusek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Klaus Gryc was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Massem Mendes charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Massem Mendes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to F.C. Sosnowiec getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Massem Mendes hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, F.C. Sosnowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Gilbert Manduca came free, but Kacper Tobiáš reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erik Lindholm kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After 47th play minutes Miromir Prusek shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Klaus Gryc and just under the crossbar into goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gilbert Manduca to make the kick off. Miromir Prusek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. F.C. Sosnowiec's Miromir Prusek got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Froghino's goalkeeper Klaus Gryc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Adam Ries fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kacper Tobiáš having to interfere. Miromir Prusek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Klaus Gryc having to make a save. 69 minutes into the match, Froghino's goal looked a bit too open when Miromir Prusek came free, but Klaus Gryc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Gilbert Manduca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Froghino's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilbert Manduca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kacper Tobiáš breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Erik Lindholm put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Kacper Tobiáš. Froghino's Klaus Gryc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miromir Prusek in the 76th minute of play. 81 minutes into the game, Gilbert Manduca cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Kacper Tobiáš was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miromir Prusek in the 98th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Klaus Gryc saved Froghino from getting behind. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Froghino players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
