The El Fortín de Floresta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Lars-Erik Forsberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Rojelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 22nd minute Constantino Ekaitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars-Erik Forsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Nicanor Estefan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Fortín de Floresta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bloodthirsty FC the free kick. With his leg Lars-Erik Forsberg managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when El Fortín de Floresta's Teofilo Rojelio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lars-Erik Forsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofilo Rojelio in the 28th minute of play. After 29 minutes, Vilgot Lundhberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bloodthirsty FC and the El Fortín de Floresta players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bloodthirsty FC's Vilgot Lundhberg got a free kick in the 29th minute. Lars-Erik Forsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constantino Ekaitz in the 34th minute of the match. Kent Bäcklin charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kent Bäcklin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kent Bäcklin hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, El Fortín de Floresta's Lars-Erik Forsberg threw himself towards the right post 44 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Constantino Ekaitz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Lars-Erik Forsberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jairo Ioritz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 45 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jairo Ioritz in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lars-Erik Forsberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 53rd minute, Jairo Ioritz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Fortín de Floresta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The supporters of El Fortín de Floresta booed when Bloodthirsty FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Börge Sjöberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute Hector Selmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars-Erik Forsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Constantino Ekaitz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lars-Erik Forsberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Bloodthirsty FC's Lars-Erik Forsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Selmo in the 94th minute of play. Lars-Erik Forsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Necaettin Sahir in the 96th minute of the match. El Fortín de Floresta's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
