Gilbert Manduca showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. When Gilbert Manduca came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Froghino fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilbert Manduca couldn't finish the play. Petr Klimek might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henning Sæmer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Petr Klimek ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Nordsjælland's goalkeeper Henning Sæmer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Henning Sæmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Lindholm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to FC Nordsjælland getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Jeppe Tverskov hit a great ball. Klaus Gryc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitar Berbatov in the 76th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Andreas Schjelderup was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Nordsjælland's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Froghino the free kick. In the 81st minute, Andreas Schjelderup hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Froghino's Gilbert Manduca in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Nordsjælland's goalie prevented a goal. In the 83rd minute of the match Froghino got a corner. FC Nordsjælland's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yoncho Vladislavov ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Froghino's Yoncho Vladislavov to fire away a dangerous shot which Henning Sæmer despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 90th minute Gilbert Manduca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henning Sæmer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Froghino's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Nygren came free, but Klaus Gryc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 94 minutes, Gilbert Manduca made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Nordsjælland's Henning Sæmer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Froghino fully deserved thier win.
