In the 7th minute, Elias Pagomari ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henning Sæmer was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. GuateFortín's Opah Gol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitar Berbatov in the 11th minute of play. In the 15th match minute, GuateFortín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thiago Almada to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute, FC Nordsjælland's Benjamin Nygren dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Henning Sæmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Pagomari in the 20th minute of the match. After 21 played minutes GuateFortín got a freekick which was hit by Juan José Ferraro. 26 minutes into the game, Dimitar Berbatov recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Opah Gol. Dimitar Berbatov showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. After 30 minutes of play, FC Nordsjælland's Dimitar Berbatov made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Opah Gol was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Benjamin Nygren took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Opah Gol to make any attempt to save it. Henning Sæmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thiago Almada in the 42nd minute of the match. 46 minutes into the game, Dimitar Berbatov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Opah Gol was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-2.

Opah Gol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Nygren in the 53rd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the game, FC Nordsjælland's Dimitar Berbatov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Opah Gol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-2. Elias Pagomari scored 6-3 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henning Sæmer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to GuateFortín getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Juan José Ferraro hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, GuateFortín's Juan José Ferraro got a free kick in the 67th minute. Elias Pagomari succeeded in the game's 69th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-4. 72 minutes into the match, GuateFortín's goal looked a bit too open when Sindre Walle came free, but Opah Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henning Sæmer was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Ernesto Fernandez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ernesto Fernandez really showed his touch with that goal: 6-5. After 76 played minutes GuateFortín got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Umanzor. FC Nordsjælland's Henning Sæmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Fernandez in the 78th minute of play. Elias Pagomari in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Henning Sæmer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 82 minutes into the match, Benjamin Nygren notched a goal, 7-5, to the right of GuateFortín's Opah Gol. Opah Gol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, FC Nordsjælland's Freddie Græsborg got a free kick in the 85th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Elias Pagomari kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Henning Sæmer. That made the score 7-6 in the 87 minute of play. In the 92nd minute of the match GuateFortín got a corner. FC Nordsjælland's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dirk Behrens ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 92 played minutes GuateFortín got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Umanzor. In the 95th minute, Jørgen Otteskov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
