If Bengt-Arne Åberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Keylor Navas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Arne Åberg in the 23rd minute of the match. ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s Florencio Godoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Haritzeder in the 26th minute of play. Salvador Bernat who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Florencio Godoy when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 30th minute Marco Ruben shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keylor Navas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Bengt-Arne Åberg notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of NECKER49's Keylor Navas. Keylor Navas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee ignored ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s protests and gave Marco Ruben a yellow card for diving instead. After 45 played minutes ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Marco Ruben. In the 46th match minute, ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anibal Jatsu to maneuver through the defense. After the first half ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leandro Haritzeder stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marco Ruben got free with Keylor Navas in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Florencio Godoy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Janusz Teofila, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. NECKER49's Keylor Navas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt-Arne Åberg in the 58th minute of play. After some careless play in the ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. defense, Leandro Haritzeder kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Florencio Godoy. The ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Florencio Godoy should have stopped the shot. Bengt-Arne Åberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Keylor Navas made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bengt-Arne Åberg got free with Keylor Navas in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 76 minutes into the match, ROSARIO CENTRAL F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Janusz Teofila came free, but Florencio Godoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. They were angered to see NECKER49 lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
