Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) F.C. Sosnowiec's Edin Džeko started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kacper Tobiáš made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Monclús in the 3rd minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goalkeeper Uriel Chorche had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edin Džeko. Kacper Tobiáš showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Monclús in the 15th minute of the match. After 16 minutes F.C. Sosnowiec's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Abastas who took care of the corner kick. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Joel Abastas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kacper Tobiáš in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. André Monclús sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 20th minute André Monclús shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kacper Tobiáš saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goal looked a bit too open when Radomil Brack came free, but Uriel Chorche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of F.C. Sosnowiec booed when ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Omar Erez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Uriel Chorche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edin Džeko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the match, Leonard Lewkowicz notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Uriel Chorche. Uriel Chorche was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 47th minute, André Monclús ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kacper Tobiáš was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After the first half ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for André Monclús to strike the kick off in the second half. Vicente Txomin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Kacper Tobiáš tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Uriel Chorche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Massem Mendes in the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Vicente Txomin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Genaro Mercurio hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's zone, Konstanty Literski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uriel Chorche came out of the goal and Konstanty Literski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Uriel Chorche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edin Džeko in the 61st minute of play. Aristides Asteri came free with the goalkeeper in the 68th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Kacper Tobiáš could save by the left post. Kacper Tobiáš made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Monclús in the 74th minute of play. After 79 minutes, Davi Coutinho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA and the F.C. Sosnowiec players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Davi Coutinho got a free kick in the 79th minute. If André Monclús had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
