After a defensive mix-up in ☆☆Pαbɭó Escóbαr☆☆'s zone, Jakub Ziombkowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ensar Secaattin came out of the goal and Jakub Ziombkowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ☆☆Pαbɭó Escóbαr☆☆'s Tevfik Hunalp quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Timmy Galle, made in the 15th minute of the game. If Miroslav Klose had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miroslav Klose in the 16th minute of play forced Inter de Guayaquil FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Hellkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Jakub Ziombkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ensar Secaattin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute Inter de Guayaquil FC were awarded a corner. Humberto Barragan went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Inter de Guayaquil FC's Mateusz Giertych to fire away a dangerous shot which Ensar Secaattin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sebastian Hellkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tevfik Hunalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute of the match, Amado Arotza tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sebastian Hellkvist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sebastian Hellkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cuma Oruk, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 93 minutes into the game, Amado Arotza recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sebastian Hellkvist. Amado Arotza showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. In the 95th minute, Amado Arotza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ☆☆Pαbɭó Escóbαr☆☆ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3.
