Guanacos's Celso Frutos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fedele Panza in the 3rd minute of play. Eugenio Manfredi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Melquiades Librado in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Librado in the 17th minute of play forced Lunatics of Arianrhod's goalkeeper Eugenio Manfredi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celso Frutos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fedele Panza, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Joel Hibai charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joel Hibai the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd minute, Joel Hibai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugenio Manfredi acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 23rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Hilario Quinito. Celso Frutos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Hibai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the game, Lunatics of Arianrhod's Joel Hibai nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Celso Frutos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Orlando Gonza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Manfredi having to interfere. The supporters of Guanacos booed when Lunatics of Arianrhod was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fedele Panza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hilario Quinito took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eugenio Manfredi. Lunatics of Arianrhod's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Martini in the 30th minute of play forced Guanacos's goalkeeper Celso Frutos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Guanacos's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Morelli came free, but Celso Frutos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernesto Martini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eugenio Manfredi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Librado in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute Ernesto Martini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Frutos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hilario Quinito hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Celso Frutos came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Lunatics of Arianrhod's Ernesto Martini. But to his dismay, Ernesto Martini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Hibai made a kick off. When Lunatics of Arianrhod's Joel Hibai in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Guanacos's goalie prevented a goal. In the 57th minute Melquiades Librado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Manfredi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th minute, Hilario Quinito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joel Hibai shot from long distance after 61 played minutes, a shot that Celso Frutos with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. 67 minutes into the match, Lunatics of Arianrhod's goal looked a bit too open when Melquiades Librado came free, but Eugenio Manfredi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 68 minutes Lunatics of Arianrhod's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Victorino Rio who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Guanacos's Esteban Justin getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Guanacos's Prospero Guzman was substituted for Esteban Justin. Ernesto Martini received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Celso Frutos came out and tried to block the shot, but Ernesto Martini slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 77th minute. Celso Frutos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Hibai in the 80th minute of play. Celso Frutos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Hibai in the 80th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the game, Ernesto Martini recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Celso Frutos. Ernesto Martini showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. Eugenio Manfredi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hilario Quinito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the match, Guanacos's goalkeeper Celso Frutos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joel Hibai. In the 88thth minute of the game Joel Hibai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guanacos's Celso Frutos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 89 minutes Guanacos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Hibai who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Guanacos's goalie and right to Fedele Panza. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Guanacos's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. When Hilario Quinito fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guanacos's protests and gave Hilario Quinito a yellow card for diving instead. 92 minutes into the match, Guanacos's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Martini came free, but Celso Frutos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guanacos's Celso Frutos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Guanacos from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Lunatics of Arianrhod getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Johan Ström hit a great ball. The Lunatics of Arianrhod players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
