Ronaldinho Carneiro started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Matanza and Steelers's Indiana Jones got a free kick in the 5th minute. Indiana Jones scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jimmie Blomquist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 12 minutes into the match, Hisingstads BK's goalkeeper Jimmie Blomquist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Indiana Jones. After 14 minutes of play, Matanza and Steelers's Genílson Lucas made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jimmie Blomquist was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet as Matanza and Steelers's Indiana Jones slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jimmie Blomquist. That made the score 3-0 after 18 minutes of play. Hisingstads BK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Ronaldinho Carneiro scored to the left of an out of position Jimmie Blomquist, making the score, 4-0. Matanza and Steelers's Matías Quirino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Johansson in the 25th minute of play. If Kent Nordström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benjamin Johansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the game, Herbert Nordin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hisingstads BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Matanza and Steelers the free kick. In the 33rd match minute, Hisingstads BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herbert Nordin to maneuver through the defense. Douglas Hegg kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Benjamin Johansson made the kick off in the second half. Matías Quirino made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Benjamin Johansson sent off a good shot on target. Hisingstads BK's Jimmie Blomquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aílton Montenegro in the 55th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Hisingstads BK's zone, Adelino Leme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimmie Blomquist came out of the goal and Adelino Leme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice moves Benjamin Johansson could shoot a difficult shot in the 58th minute, which Matías Quirino however easily saved by the left post. After 62 played minutes Matanza and Steelers got a freekick which was hit by Indiana Jones. Jimmie Blomquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho Carneiro in the 71st minute of play. Jimmie Blomquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Indiana Jones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute Aílton Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimmie Blomquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jimmie Blomquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Indiana Jones, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Adelino Leme's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jimmie Blomquist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Jimmie Blomquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Indiana Jones in the 86th minute of play. Genílson Lucas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimmie Blomquist having to interfere. Jimmie Blomquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Indiana Jones, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute.
