In the 19th minute, one of MamiBella FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for MamiBella FC. When the match had been going on for 21 minutes, Milanis E.C.'s Luiz Fernando de Lima got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Juan Carrera. Alvaro Graña kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. A collision led to Milanis E.C. getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Zé Carlos da Cunha hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauricio Areta in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bebeto Britto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Juan Carrera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto das Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MamiBella FC's Juan Carrera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save MamiBella FC from getting a goal against them. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Alvaro Graña made the kick off in the second half. Juan Carrera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldão Mazza, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The MamiBella FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Carrera should have stopped the shot. When Zé Carlos da Cunha came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Milanis E.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zé Carlos da Cunha couldn't finish the play. Bebeto Britto made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Geancarlos Hijosa sent off a good shot on target. When Guto Bueno fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Milanis E.C.'s protests and gave Guto Bueno a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Milanis E.C.'s Guto Bueno got a free kick in the 96th minute. Milanis E.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
