Matías Quirino came out of the goal and Endre Bögi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dániel Cziráki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Endre Bögi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Matías Quirino. That made the score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. After 17 played minutes Matanza and Steelers got a freekick which was hit by Senad Or. Jakab Gyarmati showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Indiana Jones in the 21st minute of the match. The supporters of Matanza and Steelers booed when Dombiratosi Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. László Vastag didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Gerson Lopez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Jakab Gyarmati was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 28 minutes into the match, Indiana Jones had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jakab Gyarmati. Dombiratosi Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Indiana Jones was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Senad Or scored 1-3 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jakab Gyarmati, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Szabolcs Szőke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Matías Quirino made a huge save. In the 45th match minute, Matanza and Steelers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Senad Or to maneuver through the defense.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ádám Kovács to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Ádám Kovács shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matías Quirino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. László Vastag's late challenge caught a Matanza and Steelers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. László Vastag helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th minute, László Vastag hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Senad Or kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jakab Gyarmati. That made the score 1-5 in the 59 minute of play. In the 65th match minute, Dombiratosi Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebestyén Elek to maneuver through the defense. Jakab Gyarmati didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 66th minute, which inside left pole to 1-6. After a rather tough play, Dombiratosi Football Club's Sebestyén Elek got a free kick in the 71st minute. Matías Quirino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Endre Bögi in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Szabolcs Szőke made a precise shot to the right of Matías Quirino. Matanza and Steelers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-6. 79 minutes into the match, Matanza and Steelers's goal looked a bit too open when Szabolcs Szőke came free, but Matías Quirino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ádám Kovács struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Matías Quirino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dombiratosi Football Club. Jakab Gyarmati was a little too slow when Adelino Leme got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 2-7. The supporters of Dombiratosi Football Club booed when Matanza and Steelers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerson Lopez didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Dombiratosi Football Club manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Matanza and Steelers to win.
