Venancio Geleberto made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Orlondo Aguado sent off a good shot on target. Athletico Picapedrense's Jesus Sayveon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Algot Sundin in the 38th minute of play. After 45 played minutes Los Del Kllejon FC got a freekick which was hit by Hilario Frasquito. After a defensive mix-up in Los Del Kllejon FC's zone, Orlondo Aguado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Venancio Geleberto came out of the goal and Orlondo Aguado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Hristo Stoichkov took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Venancio Geleberto. Venancio Geleberto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0.
