The corner led to Challestone S.C.'s Raul Verga getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Challestone S.C.'s Yan Yuan got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tadej Pogačar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mark Ambjörnsson in the 47th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodion Nikitin made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mark Ambjörnsson in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tadej Pogačar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 53 minutes into the match, Challestone S.C.'s Mark Ambjörnsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tadej Pogačar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mark Ambjörnsson in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tadej Pogačar saved Pousada 2 Pedros FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mark Ambjörnsson in the 58th minute of play forced Pousada 2 Pedros FC's goalkeeper Tadej Pogačar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Challestone S.C.'s Pepe Pancho got control of the ball when Rodion Nikitin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mark Ambjörnsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tadej Pogačar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. After a defensive mix-up in Pousada 2 Pedros FC's zone, Mark Ambjörnsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tadej Pogačar came out of the goal and Mark Ambjörnsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Challestone S.C. made a substitution. Selmi Uğurcan replaced Alex Capone. Challestone S.C. made a substitution. Gregorio Mel replaced Mark Ambjörnsson. Tadej Pogačar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Mel in the 70th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Selmi Uğurcan in the 71st minute of play forced Pousada 2 Pedros FC's goalkeeper Tadej Pogačar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pousada 2 Pedros FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Yan Yuan was slow to take the kick. During this time Challestone S.C.'s players had a chance to rest. 75 minutes into the match, Pousada 2 Pedros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Mel came free, but Tadej Pogačar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, Gregorio Mel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Tadej Pogačar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gregorio Mel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Tadej Pogačar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Mel in the 91st minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Pousada 2 Pedros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Mel came free, but Tadej Pogačar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Gregorio Mel put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tadej Pogačar. Pousada 2 Pedros FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
