After 18 played minutes Australian Youth Academy got a freekick which was hit by Dani Odd. Everett Kiels short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got 俞晨平 to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 孟宁崇 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ollie Flesfadar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 秦弘辉, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. A collision led to Australian Youth Academy getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Dakota Gaffigan hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 秦弘辉 in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ollie Flesfadar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 俞晨平 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antony Cuddihy in the 35th minute of the match. Everett Kiel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. 俞晨平 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neville Schutt's late challenge caught a 大汉•旺竹山生产队's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Neville Schutt helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Australian Youth Academy getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antony Cuddihy to make the kick off. Antony Cuddihy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 俞晨平 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. If Antony Cuddihy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ollie Flesfadar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 秦弘辉, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
