Edgar Barreto kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. El Retorno de Palermo's Anibal Egoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Proença in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th match minute, El Retorno de Palermo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Izotz to maneuver through the defense. After 21st play minutes Christian Proença shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Anibal Egoitz and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Retorno de Palermo's goalkeeper Anibal Egoitz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Christian Proença's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anibal Egoitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Christian Proença ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anibal Egoitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Edgar Barreto managed to get in a good position for a shot. よα αςα∂ємια נυиισяѕ's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgar Barreto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anibal Egoitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 32 minutes into the game, よα αςα∂ємια נυиισяѕ's Christian Proença nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anibal Egoitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Edgar Barreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Egoitz having to interfere. Christian Proença struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Anibal Egoitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for よα αςα∂ємια נυиισяѕ. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edgar Barreto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edgar Barreto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Anibal Egoitz came out and tried to block the shot, but Edgar Barreto slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 52nd minute. A collision led to El Retorno de Palermo getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Rosendo Izotz hit a great ball. In the 55th minute of the match Emilio Erramun sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anibal Egoitz skillfully saved the ball. 56 minutes into the game, Guillermo Espiridion was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Retorno de Palermo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave よα αςα∂ємια נυиισяѕ the free kick. In the 56th match minute, El Retorno de Palermo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Espiridion to maneuver through the defense. In the 62ndth minute of the game Christian Proença who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Retorno de Palermo's Anibal Egoitz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anibal Egoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Proença in the 66th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Christian Proença kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anibal Egoitz. That made the score 0-10 in the 72 minute of play. 75 minutes into the game, Astor Huly threw the ball into play from the sideline. よα αςα∂ємια נυиισяѕ's Cipriano Abajas quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Edgar Barreto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86thth minute of the game Christian Proença who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Retorno de Palermo's Anibal Egoitz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 86 minutes, Christian Proença made it 0-11 with a short kick to the right side. El Retorno de Palermo's Anibal Egoitz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
