An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Robson in the 4th minute of play forced inter Cardiff's goalkeeper Siawn Bartells to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Bedwyr Braun in the 9th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by East Ham United's Timothy Breckin. When Harry Robson got free in front of the goal in the 10th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Siawn Bartells was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Les Simpson hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute, Selyv Hacker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, inter Cardiff's Collen Forbes got a free kick in the 17th minute. East Ham United's Theo Groom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Collen Forbes in the 20th minute of play. inter Cardiff's Selyv Hacker got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, inter Cardiff's goal looked a bit too open when Harry Robson came free, but Siawn Bartells reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 26 played minutes inter Cardiff got a freekick which was hit by Dewey Hansen. Theo Groom stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Selyv Hacker's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. After 32 minutes of play, East Ham United's Harry Robson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Siawn Bartells was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, East Ham United's Alistair Lockwood got a free kick in the 37th minute. The supporters of inter Cardiff booed when East Ham United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Curtis Wagstaff didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dewey Hansen, 39 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. inter Cardiff's Siawn Bartells played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Robson in the 41st minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Selyv Hacker stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute Alistair Lockwood shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siawn Bartells saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to East Ham United getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Les Simpson hit a great ball. Llwydeu Crowther struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Theo Groom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for inter Cardiff. Siawn Bartells made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Harry Robson sent off a good shot on target. 78 minutes into the match, inter Cardiff's goalkeeper Siawn Bartells had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harry Robson. Theo Groom stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Selyv Hacker's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Bedwyr Braun got a throw-in 83 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Llwydeu Crowther. The supporters of East Ham United booed when inter Cardiff was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Llwydeu Crowther didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Harry Robson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Siawn Bartells. That made the score 0-2 in the 87 minute of play. In the 91st minute of the match Dewey Hansen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Theo Groom skillfully saved the ball. 95 minutes into the match, inter Cardiff's goalkeeper Siawn Bartells had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harry Robson. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. East Ham United had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
