An unexpectedly hard shot by Gus Weir in the 13th minute of play forced Guinness Athletic's goalkeeper Lisandro Ospin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Guinness Athletic's Doney McDonald got a free kick in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Gus Weir had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lisandro Ospin.
