Ryan McNamee took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fedele Scutti. Fedele Scutti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 25th match minute, Atletico Roma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gareth Timiney to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Atletico Roma booed when Guinness Athletic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ryan McNamee didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lisandro Ospin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andre Pollard in the 29th minute of the match. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Will Hotte was the one to do the kick off. Ryan McNamee came free with the goalkeeper in the 51st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fedele Scutti could save by the left post. Lisandro Ospin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Will Hotte's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Leon Hudson charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leon Hudson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fedele Scutti acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 57th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Briain McJon. Lisandro Ospin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Will Hotte in the 58th minute of play. Fedele Scutti made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Quinn Coyle sent off a good shot on target. Lisandro Ospin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andre Pollard, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After some careless play in the Guinness Athletic defense, Will Hotte kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lisandro Ospin. The Guinness Athletic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lisandro Ospin should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Atletico Roma's Gareth Timiney got a free kick in the 71st minute. Quinn Coyle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 73 played minutes Guinness Athletic got a freekick which was hit by Blaithmeic Dempsey. In the 74th minute of the match Will Hotte sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lisandro Ospin skillfully saved the ball. Andre Pollard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Ospin having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Will Hotte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andre Pollard took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lisandro Ospin. Lisandro Ospin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Ryan McNamee could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Fedele Scutti made a huge save. When Andre Pollard came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Atletico Roma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andre Pollard couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Guinness Athletic's Ryan McNamee slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fedele Scutti. That made the score 2-2 after 91 minutes of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
