To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodoro Eladio came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Olivos AFC's Jose Nuñez. But to his dismay, Jose Nuñez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Guido Orlo charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guido Orlo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Martin Palermo F.C. getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Guido Orlo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Indar in the 15th minute of play forced Olivos AFC's goalkeeper Mariano Cloyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Santos Rocio during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Camilo Nuxila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santos Rocio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Mariano Cloyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mariano Cloyo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guido Orlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the game, Saul Cesaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olivos AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Martin Palermo F.C. the free kick. Teodoro Eladio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Nuxila in the 33rd minute of play. When Reynaldo Francesco fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Olivos AFC's protests and gave Reynaldo Francesco a yellow card for diving instead. In the 35th match minute, Olivos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Francesco to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Perrando in the 36th minute of play forced Olivos AFC's goalkeeper Mariano Cloyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isaac Perrando to make the kick off. Teodoro Eladio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filomeno Abadia in the 56th minute of the match. Mariano Cloyo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Martin Palermo F.C.'s Isaac Perrando shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Mariano Cloyo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Rocio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celso Frutos helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Martin Palermo F.C.'s Celso Frutos got a free kick in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Perrando in the 80th minute of play forced Olivos AFC's goalkeeper Mariano Cloyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filomeno Abadia struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Teodoro Eladio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olivos AFC. With a little luck, Martin Palermo F.C.'s Teodoro Eladio got control of the ball when Jose Nuñez tried to sneak it across the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Olivos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Santos Rocio came free, but Mariano Cloyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filomeno Abadia's late challenge caught a Martin Palermo F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isaac Perrando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Martin Palermo F.C. were the better team. Martin Palermo F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
