Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Clapham Rovers's Cléberson Mendonça started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Timothy Thorne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Gus Weir sped through Clapham Rovers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ennio Orsini. Alex Gibson's late challenge caught a Real Chelsea's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alex Gibson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Clapham Rovers's Alex Gibson got a free kick in the 15th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gus Weir in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ennio Orsini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Kelvin Oldham came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Real Chelsea fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kelvin Oldham couldn't finish the play. In the 22nd minute Cléberson Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wei Bing Ran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gus Weir in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ennio Orsini saved Clapham Rovers from getting behind. 31 minutes into the game, Kelvin Oldham cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ennio Orsini was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 34 minutes into the match, Clapham Rovers's goal looked a bit too open when Stu Bullock came free, but Ennio Orsini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Gus Weir's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ennio Orsini was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Clapham Rovers's Ennio Orsini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kelvin Oldham in the 43rd minute of play. If Gus Weir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gus Weir made a kick off. Cléberson Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wei Bing Ran having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gus Weir in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ennio Orsini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Clapham Rovers's Ennio Orsini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Clapham Rovers from getting a goal against them. 68 minutes into the match, Gus Weir notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Clapham Rovers's Ennio Orsini. Ennio Orsini was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 71st minute, Real Chelsea's Gus Weir dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Real Chelsea made a substitution. Tyler Tolley replaced Gus Weir. In the 76th minute Jools Holland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wei Bing Ran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romário Chaves made in the 85th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Kelvin Oldham however managed to control. Kelvin Oldham recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 88 minutes, Timothy Thorne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Chelsea's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timothy Thorne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 89th minute, Adrian Moss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ennio Orsini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kelvin Oldham in the 92nd minute of play. When the match was over Real Chelsea could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Clapham Rovers throughout the match.
