Trev Cahill was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 6th minute Gus Weir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trev Cahill saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. River Thames FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gus Weir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Trev Cahill made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timothy Thorne in the 32nd minute of play. Gus Weir scored 0-5 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Trev Cahill, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Real Chelsea's Timothy Thorne in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 39thth minute of the game Gus Weir who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but River Thames FC's Trev Cahill was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dustin Schellander in the 41st minute of play forced River Thames FC's goalkeeper Trev Cahill to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gus Weir in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Trev Cahill saved River Thames FC from getting behind. In the 46th minute Gus Weir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Trev Cahill saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Trev Cahill was a little too slow when Kelvin Oldham got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-6. Trev Cahill showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dustin Schellander in the 63rd minute of the match. Real Chelsea's Tyler Tolley was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 89th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Timothy Thorne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Trev Cahill having to interfere. After 96 minutes of play, Real Chelsea's Tyler Tolley made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Trev Cahill was left in no man's land by his defense there! Real Chelsea's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
