The Slipmaskinerna fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Slipmaskinerna's Peanut Lord looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Peanut Lord sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jakub Waselenczuk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Slipmaskinerna's Styrbjörn Nilsson in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Lugano's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Styrbjörn Nilsson in the 20th minute of play forced FC Lugano's goalkeeper La Para to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21 minutes FC Lugano's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gust Rammer who took care of the corner kick. FC Lugano's La Para played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gust Rammer in the 23rd minute of play. Zorion Carić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yusuf Ziya Cerit in the 24th minute of the match. Antonin Laruelle kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Zorion Carić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhao Le Sen, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. A collision led to Slipmaskinerna getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Przemyslaw Sliwinski hit a great ball. When the match had been going on for 28 minutes Zhao Le Sen shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Zorion Carić when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. La Para stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peanut Lord's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the match, FC Lugano's goalkeeper La Para had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peanut Lord. Slipmaskinerna's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gust Rammer in the 38th minute. The corner led Slipmaskinerna's Gust Rammer to fire away a dangerous shot which La Para despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Peanut Lord might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over La Para. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peanut Lord ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 44th minute Styrbjörn Nilsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but La Para saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Peanut Lord to make the kick off. Peanut Lord kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. The Slipmaskinerna fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Slipmaskinerna's Peanut Lord looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. La Para made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peanut Lord in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Fred Lara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Lugano's Qiao Jian was substituted for Jack Saunders. Peanut Lord scored 5-1 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of La Para, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Lugano made a substitution. Klas Tingelholm replaced Nereo Precioso. Slipmaskinerna made a substitution. Mastur Bates replaced Peanut Lord. Slipmaskinerna made a substitution. Dumetochukwu Evaggellopoulos replaced Styrbjörn Nilsson. FC Lugano's Wincenty Kochowski was substituted for Igor Linares. 72 minutes into the match, FC Lugano's Qiao Jian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zorion Carić narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mastur Bates might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over La Para. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mastur Bates ran back to his position shaking his head. 78 minutes into the game, Wincenty Kochowski threw the ball into play from the sideline. Slipmaskinerna's Benny Rüdiger quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A hard shot 84 in the game by Fred Lara from a close distance when the talented Zorion Carić managed to make a qualified save. Slipmaskinerna's players were relieved. In the 86th minute, Mastur Bates made a precise shot to the right of La Para. FC Lugano's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. In the 93rd minute, Mastur Bates got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Slipmaskinerna's Zorion Carić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Lara in the 95th minute of play.
