The supporters of Sandecja booed when ALIANZA 1901 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Escobar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, ALIANZA 1901's goal looked a bit too open when Cyryl Cichocki came free, but Ruy Berger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thiago Paraense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richie Ason, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute Luis Escobar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Paraense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, ALIANZA 1901's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Frasquito came free, but Ruy Berger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 26 minutes, Luis Escobar made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Sandecja's Thiago Paraense tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brais Lahoz got free with Thiago Paraense in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Richie Ason recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sandecja's Thiago Paraense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Sandecja from getting a goal against them. Karol Zieba lost his temper 43 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to Sandecja getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Karol Zieba hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sandecja's zone, Rojelio Daza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Paraense came out of the goal and Rojelio Daza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Thiago Paraense successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Thiago Paraense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Richie Ason's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. After 54 minutes, Richie Ason made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Sandecja's Thiago Paraense tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 56th minute Luis Escobar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Paraense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute Konrad Oliszewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruy Berger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sandecja's Thiago Paraense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richie Ason in the 59th minute of play. After a rather tough play, ALIANZA 1901's Brais Lahoz got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Thiago Paraense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richie Ason, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Iwan Kluczyk fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sandecja's protests and gave Iwan Kluczyk a yellow card for diving instead. Iwan Kluczyk kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. ALIANZA 1901's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Tomasini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sandecja's Thiago Paraense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Tomasini in the 88th minute of play. Thiago Paraense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rojelio Daza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luis Escobar scored 4-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thiago Paraense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
