The crowd rose to their feet as David Orti kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Knut Grevad. That made the score 2-0 in the 15 minute of play. Knut Grevad was a little too slow when David Orti got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 3-0. In the 26th minute, David Orti made a precise shot to the right of Knut Grevad. Hoberg United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. 29 minutes into the game, Jonatan Lagrolet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Serafino Ramone was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sigfred Kellebjerg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peter Smedorf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Knut Grevad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Orti in the 44th minute of the match. Serafino Ramone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sigfred Kellebjerg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when David Orti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Luciano Abel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. BICHO neuquino's Roberto Urritz was substituted for Hilario Jurgi. BICHO neuquino's Damaso Tristan got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elpidio Raebert replaced Saul Abadie. In the 75th minute, Peter Smedorf fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Serafino Ramone, passed just outside the right post. After a rather tough play, Hoberg United's Calle Vidø got a free kick in the 80th minute. BICHO neuquino's Gabriel Millrick was substituted for David Orti. The supporters of BICHO neuquino booed when Hoberg United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Calle Vidø didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute, Edgardo Guib got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
