The supporters of A State Of Trance booed when Lokomotiv Bornova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çağan Demren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kahraman Kunter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sylwester Kaczor in the 18th minute of play. Tadeusz Dubiel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lokomotiv Bornova. In the 27th minute Coşkun Usman suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 27 minutes into the game, Olaf Piechocki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A State Of Trance's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lokomotiv Bornova the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in A State Of Trance fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 27th minute. Penalty! After some careless play in the A State Of Trance defense, Çağan Demren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tadeusz Dubiel. In the 38thth minute of the game Artaç Dalmaz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A State Of Trance's Tadeusz Dubiel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 41 played minutes Lokomotiv Bornova got a freekick which was hit by Artaç Dalmaz. A collision led to Lokomotiv Bornova getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Mehmet Fatih Özakay hit a great ball. A hard shot by Iwan Dziuma from long distance, 43 minutes into the match, got Kahraman Kunter's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Artaç Dalmaz made the kick off in the second half. Iwan Dziuma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Kahraman Kunter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A State Of Trance had won after a very even match.
