The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilbert Godefroid got free with Maximiliano Astudillo in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maximiliano Astudillo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dave Signoretti showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. Gilbert Godefroid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th match minute, SAN MARTIN F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Ritchie to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute, SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Bonifacio Guib ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Maximiliano Astudillo. Maximiliano Astudillo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 24th minute Gilbert Godefroid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximiliano Astudillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute, Dave Signoretti left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 30th match minute, SAN MARTIN F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Ordono to maneuver through the defense. 31 minutes into the match, SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Bonifacio Guib sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximiliano Astudillo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV defense, Simon Canor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Florencio Cutberto. The SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Florencio Cutberto should have stopped the shot. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilbert Godefroid couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, SAN MARTIN F.C.'s Alejo Txurio got a free kick in the 46th minute. If Gilbert Godefroid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Froilan Donostia made a kick off. The SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Rafal Dropinski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Carmelo Cebo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Abelardo Roland in the 71 minute of the game. Froilan Donostia struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Maximiliano Astudillo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV made a substitution. Mats Linqvist replaced Dave Signoretti. After 78 played minutes SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV got a freekick which was hit by Mario Hermelando. The long shot by Bernardino Ospin in the 79th minute really tested Florencio Cutberto's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. But to his dismay, Mats Linqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. In the 86th minute, Mats Linqvist made a precise shot to the right of Maximiliano Astudillo. SAN MARTIN F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-1. Maximiliano Astudillo came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Mats Linqvist. But to his dismay, Mats Linqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-1. Maximiliano Astudillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mats Linqvist in the 93rd minute of play. When SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's Mats Linqvist in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SAN MARTIN F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. If Mats Linqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Maximiliano Astudillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mats Linqvist in the 96th minute of the match. There was no doubt that SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV were the better team. SPORTIVO BELLA VISTA SBV's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
