The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lino Rios might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arnoldo Canor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lino Rios ran back to his position shaking his head. Arnoldo Canor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Rios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 5 minutes into the match, AC ALDO BONZI's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Rios came free, but Arnoldo Canor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnoldo Canor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Rios in the 12th minute of play. Roberto Eztebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Peeters in the 13th minute of play. AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Peeters in the 15th minute of play. AFC FUSION were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after AC ALDO BONZI's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dawid Beckham took the corner. After taking down the ball on AFC FUSION's corner Guido Txindoki fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Arnoldo Canor quite easily take care of the ball. Lino Rios struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Arnoldo Canor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC FUSION. Lino Rios might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arnoldo Canor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lino Rios ran back to his position shaking his head. Arnoldo Canor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Rios in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute Dawid Beckham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Canor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lino Rios in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnoldo Canor saved AC ALDO BONZI from getting behind. Arnoldo Canor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lino Rios went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Dawid Beckham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Arnoldo Canor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd match minute, AFC FUSION was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Vase to maneuver through the defense. Roberto Eztebe made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Edelmiro Jago sent off a good shot on target. Arnoldo Canor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lino Rios in the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dave Blair stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. AFC FUSION's Roberto Eztebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octave De Coster in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Rios in the 54th minute of play forced AC ALDO BONZI's goalkeeper Arnoldo Canor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's Lino Rios sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnoldo Canor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lino Rios received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arnoldo Canor came out and tried to block the shot, but Lino Rios slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 58th minute. Isaac Laurendi charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaac Laurendi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Lino Rios came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the AFC FUSION fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lino Rios couldn't finish the play. After 66 minutes AC ALDO BONZI's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dawid Beckham who took care of the corner kick. AFC FUSION made a substitution. Aureliano Arnau replaced Jan Hop. In the 72ndth minute of the game Lino Rios who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC ALDO BONZI's Arnoldo Canor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When AFC FUSION's Lino Rios in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AC ALDO BONZI's goalie prevented a goal. In the 73rdth minute of the game Lino Rios who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AC ALDO BONZI's Arnoldo Canor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Lino Rios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, AC ALDO BONZI's Arnoldo Canor got control of the ball when Lino Rios tried to sneak it across the goal line. When AFC FUSION's Lino Rios in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AC ALDO BONZI's goalie prevented a goal. The AFC FUSION fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when AFC FUSION's Lino Rios looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. AC ALDO BONZI's Diego York was substituted for Dave Blair. A collision led to AC ALDO BONZI getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Isaac Laurendi hit a great ball. AFC FUSION made a substitution. Christoff Stocks replaced Dawid Beckham. AC ALDO BONZI's Anselmo Cordero was substituted for Zacarias Lesardo. After a rather tough play, AC ALDO BONZI's Isaac Laurendi got a free kick in the 88th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lino Rios got free with Arnoldo Canor in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lino Rios blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnoldo Canor having to make a save. Arnoldo Canor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lino Rios in the 95th minute. The AFC FUSION supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AFC FUSION would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
