In the 19th minute Feliberto Odon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Cloyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute of the match RIQUELME FC got a corner. Olivos AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. John Crowe ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of Olivos AFC booed when RIQUELME FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliberto Odon didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 23 minutes, Jose Nuñez made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. RIQUELME FC's Roch Brytka tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Olivos AFC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Jacobo Distiratsu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Mariano Cloyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Olivos AFC's goalkeeper Mariano Cloyo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Geronimo Arce. After 43 minutes of play, Olivos AFC's Camilo Nuxila made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roch Brytka was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 47th minute of the match Sergio Orain shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roch Brytka showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The wind increased when Geronimo Arce made the kick off in the second half. Geronimo Arce struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Mariano Cloyo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RIQUELME FC. RIQUELME FC's Geronimo Arce got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Olivos AFC's Mariano Cloyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geronimo Arce in the 65th minute of play. Fulgencio Petrigai struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Mariano Cloyo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RIQUELME FC. Geronimo Arce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Feliberto Odon took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mariano Cloyo. Mariano Cloyo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. 74 minutes into the match, Olivos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Distiratsu came free, but Mariano Cloyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Feliberto Odon's late challenge caught a Olivos AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliberto Odon helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Olivos AFC booed when RIQUELME FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Feliberto Odon didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Geronimo Arce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geronimo Arce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Mariano Cloyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roch Brytka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Nuxila in the 85th minute of play. Mariano Cloyo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Petrigai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Although RIQUELME FC had been in control for most of the match, Olivos AFC still came away with the win.
