The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 played minutes Gladiadores got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Innocenzio. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Blas Beila in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg François-Xavier Dionnet saved Ruquense FC from getting behind. Gladiadores's Daniel Urbasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maciej Ciemiega in the 14th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Ruquense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marciano Pettinelli came free, but François-Xavier Dionnet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Gladiadores's goal looked a bit too open when Basilio Fernandez came free, but Daniel Urbasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th match minute, Ruquense FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maciej Ciemiega to maneuver through the defense. After 21 played minutes, Gladiadores's Tito Uchiha shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper François-Xavier Dionnet came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gladiadores reached it. In the 23rd minute Blas Beila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but François-Xavier Dionnet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabricio Pereyra lost his temper 26 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Gladiadores fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! In the 27th minute there was a penalty for Ruquense FC. Maciej Ciemiega stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Daniel Urbasa. 1-0. Gladiadores's Daniel Urbasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Gladiadores from getting a goal against them. François-Xavier Dionnet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blas Beila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd match minute, Ruquense FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 莫正凌 to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute of the match Marciano Pettinelli shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but François-Xavier Dionnet showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gabrie-Alejandro Maldini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. François-Xavier Dionnet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gladiadores's Blas Beila got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 47th minute Basilio Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Urbasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The supporters of Gladiadores booed when Ruquense FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basilio Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gladiadores's Daniel Urbasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Fernandez in the 65th minute of play. The corner led Gladiadores's Marciano Pettinelli to fire away a dangerous shot which François-Xavier Dionnet despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Blas Beila who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of François-Xavier Dionnet when he managed to save the team from getting behind. François-Xavier Dionnet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Blas Beila in the 80th minute. Gladiadores's Albino Belo was substituted for Blas Beila. In the 83rd minute Gladiadores were awarded a corner. Marciano Pettinelli went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Marciano Pettinelli got away a dangerous shot. Despite this François-Xavier Dionnet quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 84th minute Basilio Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Urbasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Ruquense FC's goalkeeper François-Xavier Dionnet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albino Belo. 94 minutes into the match, Gladiadores's goal looked a bit too open when 莫正凌 came free, but Daniel Urbasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Urbasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basilio Fernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Gladiadores players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ruquense FC.
