But to his dismay, Orlando Mena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 20 minutes into the match, KUN SPORTS's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Mena came free, but Kayhan Tancan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute of the match Jabones Tocadores got a corner. KUN SPORTS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Orlando Mena ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Jabones Tocadores's Orlando Mena in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KUN SPORTS's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to KUN SPORTS getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Nereo Etor hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Jabones Tocadores's goal looked a bit too open when Egídio Passos came free, but Romulo Montrelle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ladislao Bartoleme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kayhan Tancan having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Jorge Guilabertus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Jabones Tocadores were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 53 played minutes Jabones Tocadores got a freekick which was hit by Ladislao Bartoleme. 54 minutes into the game, KUN SPORTS's Egídio Passos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Romulo Montrelle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlando Mena got free with Kayhan Tancan in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Romulo Montrelle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdika Borbon in the 59th minute of the match. Kayhan Tancan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Bartoleme, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute Egídio Passos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romulo Montrelle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 63 minutes, Jorge Guilabertus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KUN SPORTS and the Jabones Tocadores players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jorge Guilabertus hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute, Orlando Mena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jabones Tocadores made a substitution. Rigoberto Eliazar replaced Everardo Lluciano. Jabones Tocadores's Patricio Pacho was substituted for Edgardo Felo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlando Mena got free with Kayhan Tancan in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind KUN SPORTS's goalkeeper Kayhan Tancan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. KUN SPORTS's Kayhan Tancan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Mena in the 77th minute of play. Romulo Montrelle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egídio Passos in the 79th minute of the match. Romulo Montrelle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egídio Passos in the 87th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Egídio Passos notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Jabones Tocadores's Romulo Montrelle. Romulo Montrelle was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdika Borbon in the 92nd minute of play forced Jabones Tocadores's goalkeeper Romulo Montrelle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Egídio Passos got in the 92nd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Romulo Montrelle handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Jabones Tocadores were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over KUN SPORTS's much stronger midfield.
