After 14 minutes, Pablo Innocenzio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gladiadores and the BEIJO CARNAVAL players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 14th match minute, Gladiadores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pablo Innocenzio to maneuver through the defense. Godfredo Abarca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Isaac Tercero lost his temper 40 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 40th minute, one of BEIJO CARNAVAL:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for BEIJO CARNAVAL. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Adam Jönsson made the kick off in the second half. Daniel Urbasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romulo Arias in the 52nd minute of the match. BEIJO CARNAVAL's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cristian Paulin in the 53rd minute. Daniel Urbasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Jönsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After 94 played minutes BEIJO CARNAVAL got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Lleir. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
