Alonzo Lazcano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Jonathan Errapel managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when BEIJO CARNAVAL's Alonzo Lazcano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Alonzo Lazcano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Errapel was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. A collision led to BEIJO CARNAVAL getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Siro Paio hit a great ball. Jonathan Errapel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Jönsson in the 41st minute of play. After 43 minutes of play, Santa Maradona's Rodolfo Cordeiro made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Godfredo Abarca was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alonzo Lazcano to strike the kick off in the second half. Adam Jönsson took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Errapel. With a little luck, BEIJO CARNAVAL's Godfredo Abarca got control of the ball when Rigoberto Thomas tried to sneak it across the goal line. BEIJO CARNAVAL's Godfredo Abarca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save BEIJO CARNAVAL from getting a goal against them. In the 75th minute Alonzo Lazcano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Errapel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, BEIJO CARNAVAL's goalkeeper Godfredo Abarca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rigoberto Thomas. Dorival Sarmento replaced Alonzo Lazcano. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see BEIJO CARNAVAL lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
