Norberto Acevedo made a great header on Los Liquisue FC's corner, it was just that Santa Maradona's Jonathan Errapel managed to reach the ball for a save. 10 minutes into the match, Santa Maradona's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Insúa came free, but Jonathan Errapel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uwe Septinius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigoberto Thomas, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Jonathan Errapel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Federico Insúa's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Los Liquisue FC were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Santa Maradona's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Norberto Acevedo took the corner. Conrado Egoitz was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After 21 minutes of play, Los Liquisue FC's Federico Insúa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Errapel was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Los Liquisue FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Emiliano Boni hit a great ball. Jonathan Errapel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Insúa in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34th minute Rodolfo Cordeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uwe Septinius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Errapel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Insúa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Federico Insúa in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Errapel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 35thth minute of the game Federico Insúa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santa Maradona's Jonathan Errapel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 40th minute Federico Insúa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Errapel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Santa Maradona's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Insúa came free, but Jonathan Errapel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute of the match, Rigoberto Thomas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Uwe Septinius was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Federico Insúa made the kick off in the second half. Santa Maradona's Jonathan Errapel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Santa Maradona from getting a goal against them. 59 minutes into the match, Los Liquisue FC's Federico Insúa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Errapel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Santa Maradona's Jonathan Errapel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Insúa in the 62nd minute of play. The supporters of Santa Maradona booed when Los Liquisue FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Israel Bonifaco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Federico Insúa might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Errapel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Federico Insúa ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 66th minute Federico Insúa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Errapel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Errapel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Insúa in the 70th minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Los Liquisue FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Thomas came free, but Uwe Septinius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rigoberto Thomas in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Miguel Transito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uwe Septinius having to interfere. Los Liquisue FC made a substitution. Guillermo Maureo replaced Grigoris Berzovitis. Uwe Septinius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Cordeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After 82 played minutes Los Liquisue FC got a freekick which was hit by Israel Bonifaco. In the 88th minute Federico Insúa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Errapel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Errapel made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Hermengildo Itzaina sent off a good shot on target. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Los Liquisue FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
