The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The throw-in from Conrado Egoitz in the 2nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC ICEWIND DALE's Erik Stor. After a defensive mix-up in Los Liquisue FC's zone, Fernando Marinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uwe Septinius came out of the goal and Fernando Marinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kuno Lüdimõis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grigoris Berzovitis in the 12th minute of the match. Flemming Derigs made in the 13th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC ICEWIND DALE's Erik Stor. In the 17thth minute of the game Federico Insúa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC ICEWIND DALE's Kuno Lüdimõis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 18th minute, Ding Beckham made a precise shot to the right of Uwe Septinius. Los Liquisue FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Fernando Marinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uwe Septinius having to interfere. FC ICEWIND DALE's Kuno Lüdimõis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Insúa in the 24th minute of play. The throw-in from Charlie Sjögren in the 31st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Los Liquisue FC's Norberto Acevedo. In the 36th minute, Grigoris Berzovitis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kuno Lüdimõis. The goal made the score 1-2. Charlie Sjögren hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Federico Insúa was the one to do the kick off. When Fernando Marinho came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the FC ICEWIND DALE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernando Marinho couldn't finish the play. In the 59th minute, Fernando Marinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC ICEWIND DALE's Ding Beckham got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kuno Lüdimõis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Federico Insúa's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute Grigoris Berzovitis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kuno Lüdimõis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ding Beckham struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Uwe Septinius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC ICEWIND DALE. FC ICEWIND DALE's Kuno Lüdimõis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Insúa in the 80th minute of play. Fernando Marinho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC ICEWIND DALE made a substitution. Wincent Debowski replaced Boguslaw Zdeb. FC ICEWIND DALE made a substitution. Patryk Ranowiecki replaced Fernando Marinho. Los Liquisue FC's Norberto Acevedo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Charlie Sjögren, made in the 86th minute of the game. After 90 minutes FC ICEWIND DALE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Norberto Acevedo who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Norberto Acevedo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kuno Lüdimõis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patryk Ranowiecki in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Uwe Septinius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kuno Lüdimõis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grigoris Berzovitis in the 95th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC ICEWIND DALE had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
